What are the condition grades listed next to your products?

We pride ourselves on delivering the highest quality units, with detailed and zoomable photographs of the units from many angles. If you have questions about a specific item, please feel free to get in touch. We also provide a cosmetic condition grade for each unit, corresponding to the following:

[A+ or AS NEW]: Pristine condition, as you would expect from an impeccable or new machine, without any wear or damage whatsoever. A great way to save compared to buying a brand new unit.

[A]: Excellent condition, with very slight indicators of light use, such as a small cosmetic scuff only noticeable by some.

[B+]: Very good condition, more noticeable signs of previous ownership, but still above average. Some cosmetic signs of routine use, such as light keyboard shine.

[B]: Good condition, the lowest grade that we stock. Good working order, with some visible signs of wear and tear, possibly with minor cosmetic blemishes. More information will be detailed on the product page.


Is your store reputable?

Do you offer warranties?

Yes, our products are backed either by whichever is longer between our own Return To Base (RTB) warranty, or the remainder of the manufacturer warranty, which will be specified on the listing. You can also view our return and warranty page for more details.


Are your machines used?

Mostly yes. Most of our machines are unboxed to run through our performance and reliability test suite to ensure they can deliver for our customers. Even for the new units we receive, they are unboxed for photographs, testing and checks, which also allows us the ability to customise the hardware to suit our client's requirements. Please refer to the condition grading as mentioned above.


Do you accept Paypal or Afterpay / Zip Pay?

This online store accepts VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Apple Pay, Google Pay, ShopPay and direct bank deposit. If you would like to use Paypal or Afterpay, please visit our eBay store instead.


Why is the pricing different between your website and eBay store?

Our website price includes a small industry-standard card processing fee. On eBay, they add their own (much more substantial) platform fees, with the pricing on each platform reflecting this. The products, parts and service are the same between the two, with the only difference being that the significant savings from the fees being passed onto our customers. Feel free to purchase from whichever platform you feel the most comfortable with.


How long does it take for my goods to dispatch?

All our items are in stock locally and we usually ship within 1-2 business days, with tracking numbers and estimates being provided after dispatch. All laptop shipments (and items of significant value) will require a signature on delivery, unless it's directed to a Parcel Collect / Locker. For some reconfigurations or large orders, small delays may be encountered, but we will always notify you if there are any unexpected delays.


Is my information safe?

Yes, all payments are received and processed by our PCI compliant payment provider, Shopify Payments. We never have access to, or retain any of your card or payment information at any time. Any of your personal information we do have (such as your phone number and address) is only retained to facilitate delivery of your purchases to you.

We will never use or share your information for any marketing purposes. Additionally, we intentionally do not enable the popular Google Shopping integrations on our site, since they require access to our customer information, order history and more. This means our website ranks significantly lower in Google search results and does not show in the Google 'Shopping' results. We also do not add Google (or any) analytics to our site, all in order to preserve our customer's privacy as much as possible.

Do I need to create an account to order?

Not at all, you can add checkout as a guest, entering the relevant shipping and payment information as required. Creating an account allows you to save your order history, your address and other details for a more streamlined and convenient purchasing experience in future.
