Return Policy

All goods sold in Australia come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (Competition and Consumer Act 2010). Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be read or applied so as to exclude, restrict or modify or have the effect of excluding, restricting or modifying any condition, warranty, guarantee, right or remedy implied by law (including the Australian Consumer Law) which cannot by law be excluded, restricted or modified.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Requests to return in circumstances where you have changed your mind, made a wrong selection or have simply found the goods cheaper elsewhere will not be accepted. It is recommended that you choose your items carefully before adding the item to your shopping cart. In some circumstances, allowances can be made for a return, contact us at returns@techsc.store to discuss. A standard restocking fee of 30% of the purchase price (exclusive shipping) will apply if accepted.

Any returns which are either not in their originally provided packaging and/or are not in their original received condition will not be accepted. Returns of products that have been damaged, modified or tampered with will not be accepted. All goods that are received are subject to our testing and may require further processing time. If additional modifications or damage to the item is found once received, the return will be declined or additional repair costs instituted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the warranty or refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. For warranty claims that cannot be recreated (no fault found), the item will be returned to you.

For faulty items, you can apply for a warranty through contacting us at returns@techsc.store. Please include your order number or proof of purchase and detailed information about the fault. Goods presented for repair may be replaced by manufacturer-refurbished goods of the same type and/or be repaired to the same standard as the original item, if applicable. Proof of purchase must be provided with all returns and you must pay for return shipping. Please package all items carefully as you are responsible for any damage or losses incurred in transit to us.

For used or refurbished items that are no longer within their manufacturer's warranty at time of sale, TechSC Computers offers a 6-month RTB (Return to Base) warranty which includes repair or replacement of goods considered defective to their original state when sold, subject to inspection and testing. Where we elect to replace the goods, the exact model of the goods may not be available. In such a case at our discretion, we have the right to substitute the goods with a similar one. If no such remedy is available, we reserve the right to compensate the buyer at the current value of the item.
