What do the different grades in the titles mean?

[A+] or [A+/AS NEW] - The item is pristine and indistiguishable from a brand new unit. No damage, signs of wear, or any other imperfection. Great value if you see one.
[A] Grade - The item is in excellent condition, without any damage. There may be very faint cosmetic signs of normal use, such as subtle shine on the keyboard. Unnoticeable by most people.
[B+] Grade - The item is in very good condition, without any damage. There is some noticeable wear on the machine from normal use, such as cosmetic scuffs. Still above average. 
[B] Grade - The lowest grade of machines we would accept, also without any damage. Some noticeable signs of wear and tear, some cosmetic marks on the machine. Recommended to see pictures for more information.

Is your store reputable?

Yes, we have been providing the highest-quality machines and parts, backed by knowledgeable, fast and friendly service, to thousands of happy customers for many years (see our eBay feedback here). 

Do you offer warranties?

Yes, either our own RTB (Return to Base) warranty on the machines, or many of the machines still have remaining factory warranties on them (which will be stated on the product pages), whichever is longer for your peace of mind. You can also view our return and warranty page for more information.

Are the photos of the items accurate?

Yes, the photos are not just illustrative, they are the actual items themselves, which we take the time to photograph for your convenience and information. No gimmicks, what you see is what you get. You can also click on the pictures to zoom into a higher quality image.

Are your machines used?

Mostly - All our pre-loved and used machines are thoroughly tested for all functions and condition before being advertised. A number of machines are opened only to test, configure and photograph, before being repacked. We pride ourselves on offering only the highest quality used machines at the most competitive prices, with the best personalised service. Each item also has further information about the condition, many are in 'as new' condition. We will not compromise on the quality of our goods to undercut goods from more questionable sources, as everybody loses out in the end. 

Do you accept Paypal or Afterpay?

This online store accepts VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Apple Pay, Google Pay, ShopPay and direct bank deposit. If you would like to use Paypal or Afterpay, please visit our eBay store.

Why is the pricing different from your eBay store and website?

Our website payment processor adds card processing fees, and eBay adds their own substantial fees on top for their listings, with the pricing reflecting this (and the included free shipping). All the savings are passed onto you, so feel free to purchase from our store or whichever platform you feel most comfortable with, for increased savings. 

How long does it take for my goods to dispatch?

All our items are in stock locally and we aim to have the item dispatched within 1-2 business days of purchase, once the item is prepared for you and all the required checks are done by our payment processor. You will be advised of tracking information once the item has been dispatched.

Do I need to create an account to order?

No, you can add items to your shopping cart and checkout as a guest, entering the relevant shipping and payment information as required. If you create an account, it allows you to view your order history, save your address and other details for a more streamlined and convenient purchasing experience.

Is my information safe?

All payments are received and processed by our payment provider, Shopify Payments (PCI compliant). We do not have access to, or keep any records of your payment methods whatsoever at any time, such as credit/debit card information, Apple Pay/Google Pay information or anything else related to payment processing. We only see your shipping address and contact details to properly facilitate delivery of your purchases and contacting you in the event of any changes to your order. We will not use your contact information for any purpose other than contacting you about your order. If you wish to have your account deleted, just send us a message and we will gladly oblige.

Can I pick up the items in person?

Yes, just send us a message and we can organise this for you. Note that our dispatch times are very fast, and there are also Express postage options if you need the item urgently.
